Emma Thompson leads marketing and operations at BUYR, bringing over a decade of experience across property, asset management, and real estate operations. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate and Property Development, along with a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, and has worked in marketing and operational roles with established Australian property groups including AMP Capital, CBRE, and Queensland Investment Corporation.

At BUYR, Emma supports the strategic direction of the business while overseeing brand development and day-to-day operations. She worked closely with James to establish BUYR, helping shape the brand and systems that underpin the business today.

At its core, BUYR exists to help people secure homes that truly suit their lives. For Emma, this work is personal. Having grown up living between two countries, she understands the importance of finding a place that feels settled and familiar, and finds the greatest satisfaction in seeing clients step into homes where they can build their next chapter.
