We work on a fixed professional fee agreed upfront, so there are no surprises. This covers the entire process including defining your brief, searching the market, attending inspections, handling negotiations, overseeing due diligence, and managing settlement.
Q: DO YOU GET PAID BY THE SELLING AGENT?
No. Selling agents are paid by the vendor and their goal is to achieve the highest price. We work exclusively for you. Our advice is independent and our focus is on helping you secure the right property at the right price.
