With a strong background in property economics and valuation, including 10 years’ prior experience as a registered property valuer at CBRE, he brings a considered and analytical approach to every purchase.

Working closely alongside our Director, James has been involved in a wide range of acquisitions, developing a deep understanding of market value, negotiation, and buyer advocacy.
